Jill comes to de Novo with more than 15 years of client service experience to her name. And it shows. Whether she’s handling the day-to-day management of some of our clients, or helping us refine our account management processes, Jill’s expertise, strategic mindset and drive to constantly improve make her an invaluable asset—both to our team and yours.
Jill is a proud Iowan, wife and mother (in no particular order). When she’s not wowing the team with her superhuman ability to parallel park her “mom van,” she loves to read and learn new things. Being naturally curious, Jill could spend the day asking questions and still think of new things to ask.
