Jen Visser:
Jen is a native Iowan and a graduate of the University of Iowa. She's served time in the working world as a database programmer, web designer, graphic designer, electronic marketing manager, search engine marketer, and marketing consultant. She is currently a Marketing Manager at GoDaddy.com. Jen serves as an advisor for de Novo and occasionally picks up a project as time allows. Her best piece of travel advice? “Always bring Q-tips, forget them and you’ll regret it.”
Tracy Trettin:
Tracy is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa
and is currently the Marketing Manager at Geonetric
Technologies in Cedar Rapids. Her strength lies in her ability to
pull the best work out of the people around her. She’s a strategic problem-solver
and has been involved in the creation of de Novo every step of the way.
Terry Trimpe:
We think every small business should have a former bank owner and current movie producer voluntarily handling the finances. It sure has worked well for us! Terry’s list of credentials is a mile-long but the one he’s most proud of is his alumni status from Luther College. Terry has been one part CFO, one part salesman and one part cheerleader for de Novo. He and his wife, Nan live on an acreage in Lisbon, Iowa so he’s also one part sweet-corn-supplier in the summer!
Dick Damrow
Dick still guides us in spirit. He was a friend, a mentor and a constant collaborator. de Novo wouldn't exist without the encouragement and guidance received from Dick in the early stages of inception. We miss him every day!
